Unertl (Haag) "Weißbier Bock" and Montecristo "Anejados"

Unertl (Haag) Weißbier Bock 6,7%vol.

Montecristo "Anejados"

Color: dark cloudy caramel (it´s darker on the pic.)
Nose: caramel, wheat, malt and Banana
Mouth: you find all that notes in your mouth with some yeast. Intensive Banana, light roasted notes in the background and even if it has a lot of carbonic acid it is very soft or smooth on the tongue maybe from the yeast because you have lots in the glass. I hardly find any sour notes only a little if I let the beer run around the mouth. It is fresh for bock beer and fruity sweet. Yum yum!
At the End:  Sweet, fresh, Banana, Malt but I hardy find any hop.

Conclusion: With 6,7% vol it´s not the strongest single bock beer and you don´t taste the alcohol but please eat before you drink it. Not like I am just now because i´m a little……
If you don´t like Banana this much please choose an other Weissbier. This one has a lot. But I like it.

This beer and a Cigar? I would say you could nearly smoke any cigar you like with it.

Montecristo "Anejados"

Farbe: Dunkler trüber Karamell (kommt auf dem Bild zu Dunkel rüber)

In der Nase haben wir Karamell, Weizen, Malz, Banane

Am Gaumen: Alle diese Noten findet man dann auch im Geschmack wieder. Intensive Banane, leichte Röstnoten im Hintergrund und trotz das dieser Weissbierbock recht viel Kohlensäure hat ist es irgendwie samtig auf der Zunge. Vielleicht ein ganz wenig säuerliche Noten aber das erst wenn ich es im Mund etwas drehe. Es ist recht fruchtig süß aber leckerrr.

Abgang: Süß, fruchtig, Banane, Malz, ich schmecke hier so gut wie keinen Hopfen.

Fazit: Dieser Bock fällt mit 6,7% nicht zu stark aus. Den Alkohol merkt man erst wenn man nichts gegessen hat so wie ich gerade. Upss ich bin leicht…….

Wer allerdings nicht so gerne Banane mag der sollte eher zu einem anderen Weißbier greifen den dieses hat ordentlich davon. Mir allerdings schmeckt es hervorragend.

Dieses Bier mit einer Zigarre: Ich finde dieses Bier kann man sehr gut zu fast jeder Zigarre trinken. Vielleicht bei den sehr Milden erst ab dem zweiten drittel.
